The position of Team Leader helps ensure that all assigned production jobs are completed according to schedule and customer quality expectations. They also carry out some basic administrative tasks regarding work orders, quality check records and communication regarding performance observations with management. Team leaders also oversee their team, operate all equipment on the line, be able to perform basic troubleshooting and ensure the maintenance is performed according to schedule.
